W:O:A 2008, Wacken Germany (Jul 31 - Aug 2)Who needs an introduction to Wacken: Never so soon was the biggest festival of Western Europe SOLD OUT (March 14th, 65.000 Tickets were sold). This year the 19th edition, with the camping and metalkaraoke tent opening on wednesday, the real shit starts on thursday afternoon. On friday and saturday the bands will play untill 3 o'clock a.m. and every day untill 6 o'clock in the morning there will be a big party with drinking and banging in the metalkaraoke tent. With a top line-up with bands like Iron Maiden, Carcass, Children Of Bodom, Avantasia, Kreator, Grave, Hatebreed, Nightwish, Obituary, Opeth, Primordial, Sabaton, Sonata Arctica, who isn't surprised it's Sold Out.
