Stonehenge 2010, Steenwijk July 31By tradition The Stonehenge Festival is held in the last weekend of July (the week before W:O:A). This small festival with an open-air stage and an indoor stage, is not only well known in the north of Holland but also attracts visitors of different communities :). It is actually the best way to practice, get in the mood and make arrangements for the big festivals in august. The Stonehenge Festival is close to the centre of the City Steenwijk. But on a relative small distance you can camp on a camping area called the "De Wielewaal". This camping area is used by a lot of Metalheads and for sure you will find someone to share a taxi.
